Tortilla Stacks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large, non-stick skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain.
  2. Add UNCLE BEN'S® BISTRO EXPRESS® Wholegrain Brown Roasted Chicken Flavour, green onions, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chili powder.
  3. Layer filling between tortillas, making two stacks of three and ending with filling on top (tortilla, 1/6 of filling, tortilla, 1/6 of filling, tortilla, 1/6 of filling, ½ of cheese, then repeat for other stack). Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for 25 minutes. Cut into wedges.
