Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix peach jam, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Prepare UNCLE BEN'S® Basmati rice, omitting butter.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add peppers and onions, and continue to stir fry until pork is no longer pink and vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Add peach sauce, and simmer for 2 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
