Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a 2qt/2L casserole dish.
  2. Mix UNCLE BEN'S® BISTRO EXPRESS® Long Grain and Wild Roasted Chicken Flavour rice and leftover stuffing. Fill prepared sweet peppers
  3. Pour some vegetable cocktail over each stuffed pepper and remainder in casserole dish. Cover and bake for 40 minutes or until pepper is tender.
