Skillet Pork Chops

Start to Finish Time: 15-30 minutes

Directions

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chops on both sides and remove from skillet. To the same skillet add garlic, UNCLE BEN'S® Wholegrain Brown Rice, and stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Add chops and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
