Salmon with Feta and Spinach

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9"x13" casserole dish. In a medium bowl, mix thawed spinach, green onions, garlic, feta, and oregano.
  2. Spread in prepared casserole dish and cover with salmon fillets (season as desired). Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
  3. Prepare UNCLE BEN'S® BISTRO EXPRESS® Tomato and Herb Flavour rice
