Ginger Chicken

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix canola oil, ginger, and Indian Masala. Brush chicken thighs with about half of ginger mixture and place around outside of large baking sheet.
  2. Add 2 tbsp (30 mL) water to remaining ginger mixture and toss with cauliflower, peppers, and onions. Put on baking sheet in-between chicken thighs. Bake for 40 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 180°F.
  3. Cook UNCLE BEN'S® Basmati 10 Minute rice.
