Directions

  1. Prepare UNCLE BEN'S® CONVERTED® Brand Rice without salt or butter.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned (about 5 minutes.)
  3. Add chili sauce, stock, and corn, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
