Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Layer UNCLE BEN'S® Wholegrain Brown Rice, onion, pepper, and chicken thigh on top of a large piece of foil. Sprinkle with garlic and Italian seasoning.
  3. Gather up corners of foil to make an open bowl. Pour 1/3 cup of broth into foil packet. Bring corners together and seal. Place packets on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
