Chicken Curry

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Indian Masala spice and can of tomatoes (including juice). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Cook UNCLE BEN'S® Basmati 10 Minute rice without butter.
