Beef Enchiladas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large, non-stick skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain.

  3. Fill tortillas and roll, placing seam side down in prepared casserole dish. Cover with salsa and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
