Directions

  1. Divide cooked, cooled UNCLE BEN'S® 7 Grains Medley between 4 plates and layer with steamed broccoli and chopped cooked chicken.
  2. Drizzle with low-fat Balsamic Dressing (2 tbsp/30 mL) each.
  3. Garnish with shaved parmesan - optional.
